 Established in the memory of my mother, Late Smt. Pushpa Patil Social & Education Development Society is registered with the Charities Commissioner under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. | कै. पुष्पा पाटील सोशल अँड एज्युकेशन डेव्हलपमेंट सोसायटी महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त अधिनियम, 1950 च्या कलम २२ अंतर्गत धर्मादाय आयुक्तांकडे नोंदणीकृत आहे.

Objectives: Successfully implement United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) 1,4,5, 8 & 14| उद्दीष्टे: संयुक्त राष्ट्र शाश्वत विकास लक्ष्य (यूएनएसडीजी) 1,4,5, 8 आणि 14 यशस्वीरित्या अंमलबजावणी करणे.


Geographies covered: Rural areas of Maharashtra, India with special focus on Nasik (कर्मभूमि) & Buldhana (मातृभूमि) districts.

    RAPPID: Rejuvenation of Agri-Economy through Public Participation, Innovation & Digitalization

    Environment conservation through community participation | लोक सहभागाद्वारे पर्यावरण संवर्धन करणे. 


    Introducing modern technologies & best practices in agriculture sector to deal with challenges posed by climate change | हवामान बदलामुळे उद्भवलेल्या आव्हानांना सामोरे जाण्यासाठी आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञान आणि कृषी क्षेत्रातील सर्वोत्तम पद्धती सादर करणे. 


    Education for economically weaker sections of society especially girls | समाजातील दुर्बल घटक विशेषत: मुलींसाठी शिक्षण उपलब्ध करणे. 


    Skilling & training of youth for gainful employment | रोजगार मिळविण्यासाठी युवकांना कौशल्य आणि प्रशिक्षण देणे. 


    Organizing art & culture programs for wholistic development of society | समाजाच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी कला व संस्कृती कार्यक्रम आयोजित करणे.

    About 3000 trees planted 


    20 river cleaning drives conducted 


    Education of 800 students sponsored, of which 500 are girls


    Sports kits gifted to 100 students 


    Potable water facilities created and maintained in 4 schools. 


    “Say No to Plastic” campaigns in 8 villages & 15 schools covering more than 1000 people 


    More than 500 books donated to 15 schools


    3 Annual Scholarships to meritorious students from underprivileged background. Total: 30


    Environment Conservation: 4 training camps covering 350 youths conducted in cooperation with Maharashtra Government.


    Hydroponics: 40 women gifted hydroponic units and trained in hydroponic farming. The pilot used to create a platform for rural people to learn about water efficient farming techniques.

    You can participate in the community development initiative in several ways. In addition to contribution in cash & kind, you can volunteer, give suggestions, help us connect with people or simply encourage us….


    Transparency Policy: You will be informed about utilization of your contribution. You can get in touch with the beneficiary directly.


      

    Contribution in Cash

    Upto INR 1000 or USD 15 – General Contribution 

    INR 2500 or USD 35 – Sponsor Education of a student for a year.

    INR 5000 or USD 70 – Sponsor Education of two students for a year.

    INR 10000 or USD 140 and More – You can choose how the contribution should be used: Sponsor Education, Donate books to school library, Electrification of school/ households, Health camps, Youth training camps etc. 

    We welcome your suggestions…. 


    Contribution in Kind: You can purchase things online and get it delivered to us. We will distribute them to the needy.

    Volunteer: You can take part in the programs & activities. Information will be shared from time to time.
